What We Deliver
Building Demolition
Full deconstruction of houses, townhouses, and low-rise dwellings. Maximises material salvage, protects neighbouring structures.
Commercial & Residential Strip-Outs
Hand-based removal of fit-outs across offices, retail spaces, multi-unit residential, and heritage buildings.
Concrete Demolition
Manual and machine-operated concrete removal using hand-held hydraulic pulverisers and compact excavators.
Asbestos Coordination
Complete package covering both demolition and asbestos removal with full WorkSafe compliance documentation.
Commercial Service Removal
Removal of HVAC units and ducting, electrical plant, plumbing and pipe work.

Salvage & Recycling
We focus on recovering and recycling materials from all demolition and strip-out works, including metals, timber, concrete, and fixtures. Waste is separated on site and sent to approved recycling and disposal facilities to minimise landfill.

EMT Demolition delivers expert residential demolition and internal strip-outs, with a strong command of site hazards, sequencing, and compliance across both standalone and live environments.
We have proven capability on complex projects, including full building removal, hospital strip-outs, constrained residential sites, and high public-interface works executed through precise planning, controlled staging, and uncompromising safety standards.
