Cookie Policy

Device storage, optional analytics and your measurement choices.

Effective and last updated: 22 October 2026 · New Zealand

1. Your choice

Essential website delivery and security operate when you use the site. Optional measurement is off until you choose it. Use the “Cookie settings” button on any page to review or change your settings. Closing the notice or choosing “Essential only” does not enable optional measurement.

You can allow analytics and advertising measurement separately, or allow both. Advertising personalisation remains denied in the site’s Google consent settings.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent with relevant requests. Local storage stays on your device and is not automatically sent with each request; session storage usually lasts for the tab session. We also use ordinary network requests for page delivery, fonts, images, security and optional measurement.

These technologies can involve identifiers and technical data. “Pseudonymous” or aggregated analytics does not mean that every underlying event is anonymous. Hosting/security records and external font requests can occur without analytics cookies.

3. Storage and measurement inventory

The entries below describe this website’s configuration and common provider defaults, rather than a guarantee that every visitor receives every cookie. Provider settings, browser restrictions and expiry updates can change the exact values.

4. Google measurement and Tag Manager

Google Analytics (G-QHMHV5P5D2) measures use of the site. Google Ads (AW-18130908845) measures campaign conversions. Google Tag Manager (GTM-574QZ8BH) manages supplementary tags and is loaded only when both optional categories are allowed.

Measurement may include page paths, browser/device information, approximate location, referral/campaign information and events such as a quote submission or phone/email click. We do not intentionally put enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text into analytics events. Please do not put personal information into website URL parameters. Google processes technical information under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Change, withdraw or clear your choice

Use “Cookie settings” to change your selection. When an optional category is switched off, the site clears accessible first-party Google measurement cookies for that category and reloads the page so its scripts stop running. This cannot undo data already sent, clear another domain’s cookies or guarantee that every provider-side record is deleted.

You can also delete cookies and local storage or block storage through your browser. Clearing our saved preference makes the notice appear again. If storage is unavailable, optional measurement stays off on a fresh page until you choose it. Forms and contact details remain available when optional measurement is declined.

6. Provider information
